System consist of a fixed network of wate meter and GPRS (EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA) modul for the remote transmission of data to the operations center, in real time.

Such an AMR system are not limited only to montly readings for billing of wate consumption. At the same time it should be a sustem for selecting representative water meters of the telemetry network, data processing and forecasting water consumption, as well as the system for detection of water leaks, at the consumers side of water meters (minimum night time water consumption). There are the reasons why for such AMR systems are not sufficient monthly readings only, but they are required reading in smaller units, shorter intervals and in real time. Therefore, the AMR network should be fixed private TCP/IP network, based on GPRS (EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA) communications.
